This 2014 revised version supersedes the previous 2013 edition, taking into account matters raised in the ASIC Report: Handling of Confidential Information: Briefings and Unannounced Corporate Transactions and further amendments to ASX Guidance Note 8 continuous disclosure requirements for application to the corporation’s circumstances and the nature, size and sensitivity of any particular transaction.
