Kakariki are a fund manager specialising in carbon and environmental assets. Izzy Jensen, the founder and Chief Investment Officer, will discuss the financial risks companies face with a rising carbon price, even if you already have a plan in place to decarbonise. This will include the potential role of carbon offsets as a short to medium-term solution, and how carbon offsets can serve as a portfolio hedge for companies. Additionally, the session will explore the proactive measures taken by forward-thinking companies to address their carbon exposure and the associated risks.
